A live compliance profile, not a certificate

A TrustPoint Verified profile is a public page showing that your documents are current. Right now. Not as of the last time you emailed someone a PDF.

It shows your company name, the types of documents you hold (not the actual documents), your current compliance status, and when your records were last verified. Anyone can verify that your documents are current and valid — but they cannot download or export your raw files. Your insurance schedule, H&S plan, and licence certificates stay in your account. Principals see the status, not the contents.

Anyone can check it any time. It updates automatically when you renew a document. When something's about to expire, TrustPoint tells you, so you stay green before anyone notices.
